Quality Control

Auto Tools Depot have strict Quality Control Procedure , in order to keep customers quality standards and avoid any unnecessary problem , our professional QC and QA will carry on a systematic inspection from the raw material to the machining process and goods packaging, our inspection procedure normally includes the following sections:

• IQC: Inspect the income material and outsourcing parts; conduct in-line automated and manual inspections.

• IPQC: Perform in-process audits to ensure processes are up to standard, Identify factors needing improvement.

• FQC & OQC: Perform visual and functional inspection to the finished products, logo, color, hardness, etc.
