how to use a ball joint separator

（1）First remove the fixing pin from the ball joint.

（2）Then, use a wrench to undo the castle nut to the end of the thread, making sure that it is not removed completely.

（3）Apply a drop of grease to the fork of the ball joint separator.

（4）Next, slide the splitter of the separator between the ball joint and the ball joint and the part that separates from the bottom of the jaw to the center of the cup.

Using a 23mm socket or wrench, tighten the bolts of the ball joint separator until the ball joint breaks freely.
