Special Plier for releasing and fitting the special "CLIC" style hose plier clips found

on the majority of European cars, such as Audi, Citroen, Mercedes, Vauhal, Opel, 

Peugeot, Renault, Volkswangen, etc…

Without this tool the clips such as Jubliees which are not re-fitted, unfortunately 

some people then use fixed clips such as jubilees which are designed to grow and 

retract with temperature digging into the hoses and casuing leakage...so use the correct clips and you will remain watertight.
